Al, I grow more impressed with this guy every time I hear him speak on the issues. Harold Ford is the last hope for the Democrat party. He has his head on straight, is not a flaky liberal, and doesn't believe in obstructionism. I believe Ford has the potential to save the Democrat party from the self-destruction I've so often predicted. He has real ideas, is reasonably centrist on many issues, and I believe is extremely intelligeht. Had the Democrats elected him rather than the extremist Pelosi, I believe they would have had a chance.
