You can't just send items to "any soldier" anymore - due to the fear of anthrax - you can send money or you can adopt a soldier - I decided to try to adopt a soldier but the list of available soldiers is taken! The number of people who wanted to adopt a soldier exceeded the number of soldiers who wanted to be adopted! Guess I'll just send money. usometrodc.org
