Instead of insulting me, why don't state a clear argument why they would not help in getting Saddam.

My thinking is they helped us stop that speedboat the other day and offered some hope of being more moderate.

If we are unable to take Baghdad without high loss of
our troops and civilians, then we need to go to Iran
and say go ahead and let the Iraqi exiles come in.

I am concerned about Iran and their anti-Israel tactics, but I think we have some hope of the being more moderate.

Here is the equation:

We try and get Iran and Turkey to help.
Iran could become stronger, but they already are strong and if we remove Saddam, then there is one less threat. Turkey would get Northern Iraq and the big oil money. They would love us for that. (maybe)

Since you can up with no solution other than retreat and
isolationism, I question your motives.
