Ho, hum. Everybody wants to get into the act. The list of things they say we haven't accomplished isn't a list of things we were planning on accomplishing any time soon. And the 100,000 "emergency" callups have been planned for a long time. Probably plays really well with the Russian military, many of whom hate us. If you ever thought the Cold War is completely over, read Pravda to see what they think about us.
