I've often questioned American support for the current Iraq invasion.

Agreement seems to manifest itself only in a majority of Americans saying they are in favour of the invasion. I see no evidence of any groundswell of citizens seeking admission to serve in the military. A policy where someone else does the bleeding is far easier to accept by the public than one where the sacrifices are likely to be shouldered by everyone.

It's good to know that in The Land of the Free and Home of the Brave there are still people who are willing to take action. Not for them to stand in the shadows when their nation is at war. No! They step forward and vandalise unattended vehicles in Florida parking lots. Such courage!

How did Canadians treat visitors from United States in 1939, 1940, 1941, the years when they were sitting on the sidelines watching us fight Hitler?

I guess they're angry because we're not softening up the enemy so they can win, like we did in previous conflicts.

Bye4Now, FD.
