Imo possibilities include GKM has accumulated stock (it runs funds) and is now touting it or GKM is trying to establish investment banking relationship with company or none of above.

Looking at recent SEC filings - it looks like Davids (vice chairman) no longer owns stock and that Pickup group has increased holdings - I wonder if they bought Davids shares. Increases in Pickup holdings has generally proved to be very bullish. Wish I owned more. Stock has become more liquid since GKM recommendation.

Given huge holding by Pickup, I wonder what his endgame is - secondary at higher prices? take company private?, arrange sale of company?? Given cyclical nature of business , I would not be surprised to see endgame played out (over the course of next 6 - 12 months) during current upcycle.

Best Wishes to All
