The Central Agency of Islam of the former Soviet Republics declared jihad against the anti-Iraq "coalition." The impetuous language of the declaration is shocking. There are supposedly thousands of volunteers of any creed on their way to fight for the Iraq and some of them are already there. What does this mean -- it means that at least the Muslims of the world are going to shift, and already shifting, their allegiance to Moscow and that Moscow is emerging as a victor in this American war. It is already in a honeymoon with Chechnia. ag
