Thanks, Robert. I downloaded the press release via PC Quote. While the numbers are healthy, I was hoping for higher numbers in order to move up the EPS numbers. I guess what this means is that I bought too soon. EXAC sales & earnings had to increase by 25% per quarter just to keep pace with the increase in shares. Looks like I could have waited until now to buy.

I wonder if they actually strecthed out their IPO shares over 2-3 quarters or the "weighted average shares" represents some sort of fancy accounting manouver to stretch out and minimize the effects of the IPO on EPS numbers.

Still, I'm a long-term investor and will continue to hold onto my EXAC shares. What do you think of my idea that, "now is the time to buy", given that Q3 sales and revenues increases should translate into corresponding EPS increases?
