I noticed a while ago while I observed the early Anti war demonstrations. There appeared to a very diverse agenda for some of the participants to the rallies. Without naming organizations, there were extreme leftist element acting as dominating players and organizers in the early marches/rallies. But now you see more mainstream, average JOe type person,in these marches. Mostly these people have no other agenda or "hidden" movement underneath their presence. Its simply a pro peace or NO WAR position they have.
It always amazed me as to why the organizers of these rallies could not make a simple slogan.
WE SUPPORT the TROOPS therefore NO WAR.

In fact if they had done so early on, by holding I love AMerica slogans and American Flags in one hand and the NO war posters in the other, they would have had a broader audience.
