Re: SARS - There have been multiple studies of how the common cold spreads (SARS is in this category). It is almost impossible for the average person (not a zen master or something) to not touch their eyes or nose about every 15 minutes or more.

Possilbly one way is to touch all external objects with your left hand and you face wtih your right (which right dominate people will do anyway), then frequently wash hands.

I have to note that it is good to see the world (WHO, various Public Health authorities) cooperating so well.

Since this disease spreads slowly and needs LOTS of exposure, aggresive action against it's spread for a week or two may actually stop it.

Maybe what people are doing in HK will help slow it or stop it.
