Arrogance and self-righteousness have a way of coming back to bite you. Especially when the other side acts like it has little to lose, and has time on their side. There's no shortage of these traits in the current white house. In December 2000, who'd have thought we'd be embarking on an entire new round of unilateral imperialism within a couple of years ? But maybe I should have cleared this post first with Commander Hawkmoon, to see if he thought it was a valid or permissible opinion. -g.
