I don't have a problem with the new building. They're seeking a government-subsidized low-interest loan (which I bet they will get). They must be paying something for rent at their current location. Plus, the new building will allow them to increase production and improve quality control. I wonder to what extent production is limited due to the size of their existing buildings/equipment?
