Just called again. Spoke with Sam Ortiz in Orlando. He was very polite and, as usual, seemingly helpful. He put me on hold to transfer me to a supervisor. After a reasonable period of time, Sam returned to the line to tell me that this was a balance transfer account, and started to recommend a course of action when I interrupted to inform him that such was not the case. He again put me on hold. After a reasonable wait, he returned to the line and assured me that the situation will be corrected by tomorrow.

However......... bet my bottom dollar......... the account will be $0 tomorrow, and $29 in a month.
