So why is a city and state controlled by republicans in deficit right now? They have failed in this regard by cutting taxes in good times and leaving no cushion in bad times. You fail to mention the Clinton recession(March 2000) The rebuilding of the military after Clinton balanced the budget by refusing them pay raises, housing, equipment and morale. The WTC a direct result of the coward Clinton and our weakened military. Good Time Billy never saw met anyone whose ass he would not kiss so he would be liked. Take action against our enemies No ways. He might get France or Germany or Russia or Outer Mongolia angry and Billie Poo couldn't handle rejection.
