I don't know?!? Quite frankly I don't remember what Clinton was doing on the day that the WTC was bombed back in 1993. In any case, you can't excuse Bush's lack of response on 9/11/01 for whatever Clinton was doing in 1993. They are two entirely seperate incidents. If anything, Bush should have learned from the 1993 incident and been prepared to respond. I don't think it really should be a partisan issue. Every American who is concerned about our security should be questioning our government's lame response on 9/11.
