I wouldn't expect WEL to do a whole lot, unless they light up a few hundred wells in the Middle East overnight.

I don't know much about ADSX, but looking at the Officers of the company, IMHO, I am NOT impressed at all, I would have expected (most) of them to have some experience in the real inner workings of the industry they are trying to service, but about all I saw were Lawyers, Accountants and Marketing People.... but nobody really industry-specific.
