I added SLE/CAG too. I believe both stocks offer solid dividends and provide a 15-20% one-year capital appreciation potential.

PS: I wouldn't want to be owning KFT at these levels. If one is going to own food stocks -- predictable business models, growing dividends, typically recession proof businesses despite generic competition -- then SLE/CAG are best of class.

I personally believe that KFT could be drug down significantly due to Altria issues.
