What gives you the impression that Rumsfeld is guiding the war? If you are basing it on the bogus news reports that he did not want the extra troops deployed, you are dead wrong. Those troops were supposed to be riding into Baghdad on the massive amount of armor that had been circling off the coast of Turkey starting 6 weeks ago. Turkey was an unexpected glitch in the plan. Within 2 weeks, there will be another massive wave of military support..
