Never waffled. Prove it. Another RNC lie. And Kerry did a lot more than command one gunboat. He was in charge of ALL of them in his sector on the Mekong. He was the commander who changed the rules of engagement from defense to offence. And it worked. But he took casualties, three bullets and killed enemy himself hand-to-hand not from a distance. Bush skated during the war and went AWOL, deserting his unit of the Air Guard and never explaing why, never disciplined because daddy protected him, drinking heavily and loafing on dad's dough. Cant compare Bush and Kerry on military. Plus Kery may be the #1 military and intelligence expert in congress and the senate. Bush doesn't know military strategy at all. He just delegates to Wolfowitz, Rumsfield and Cheney.
