Dear Techplayer: Thats the Sad Fact, and Germany, although no veto power was the same. If responsible industrialized nations put their earnings ahead of world safety what are we to do?? IMHO the UN has absolutely NO POWER to enforce World Peace, the VERY reason it was set up to begin with. Today, it has become nothing more then a hens party for the underdeveloped to press the developed for more aid. I wonder if its even effecient in that area? jdn
