Rumsfeld has kept Bush out of the loop? Is that what he told you? He told me that not every conversation he has with the Big Guy makes it into the press.

All we know of attendance in the meeting was that Bush, Rumsfeld and Franks were at the meeting...which one do you think leaked it?
