Oh, yes it is a clone. It is a geographic diversification.

And in a way I suppose that one could look at Genmab as an alternative to raising additional capital or to outlicense products. When Genmab was conceived Medarex hadn't raised any major funds yet. That came later.

Through Genmab Medarex have gained a capacity to advance more product candidates through their pipelines.
