Wexler must have known, indicating he is allied with the bigger shorts who have been notified by their co-conspirators who have been kiting for them to avoid a restriction. That might explain his request that some shorts (small ones they are only in contact with through places like Yahoo!) should cover, so they can borrow them to deal with the restriction. I suggest this is reasonable evidence there has been naked shorting. I bet the long position they held is mostly gone too. I am hoping this restriction won't last many months, like last time. The authorities should be monitoring it better and if the price rises, they are toast. - Grow REFR!!!!!!!!!!!!
