So Maurice, I see you have a little too much time on your hands.

Now that your scintillating counterpoint includes turkeys in psychotherapy and the proclivities of the J-man. Thanks for convincing me <not>.

The act of self examination does not mean that you'll always find out that you're wrong. It's an act, however, that the Neocons seem disinclined to consider as worthwhile. Or even admit that it should be in one's playbook. As I said, arrogance and self righteousness gone amuk.

Saddam a thug ? Sure. But what are the motives of the thuggish neocons here ?

Ask the other 95% of the world right about now.

Afghanistan made sense. An outside force invaded their country, set up a base, and used it to spawn terrorist incidents. Few had a problem when we went in there, including myself.

Now, we're going to save the world by invading countries as we see fit, who didn't invite us in, because we can ? Un-uh.

Thinking is not bad. Thinking you're always right, while refusing to consider alternative viewpoints (such as that of most of the rest of the world), is bad. Seems to be a disease that has infested the white house lately.

In that spirit, what I am thinking is that you have just written a load of nonsense.

cheers !
