So if you're coerced into making a deal ("do this or I'll kill you"), then that should be treated as a valid contract??

Why should this be the case under international law, when in most countries it's a Felony, and never treated as a binding contract??

Are you saying that extortion should be legal, and enforced by civil law as a tort when not complied with??

It extortion legal where you live?
