Some lowlights. The Company continues to consider its restructuring alternatives, which, under the proper circumstances may include a voluntary filing for protection under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy code. AMEX may institute immediate delisting proceedings as a consequence of the Company's failure to achieve compliance its continued listing standards. As of the date hereof the Company has not been advised by AMEX of any immediate delisting action. The number of shares of the issuer's common stock outstanding on March 28, 2003 was 71,187,727
