"This is a direct result of Iraqi troops dressing as civilians, setting off car bombs, firing from ambulances and hospitals. What would you have our troops do? Sit there with their thumbs up their asses while a vehicle approached and gave every indication of trying to ram them or to get close so a bomb could be set off?"

And the above is a direct result of a superior power invading a small sovereign nation that does not want to be invaded. But some people don't seem to be able to understand THAT. If some invading army came here to liberate you, I bet you'd shoot them from an ambulance if you could. The Geneva convention looks great, until a big invading army is on your doorstep.
