Bob, Not to dampen your spirits, but Jobs also seems to firing-off memos to Pixar employees saying he's not going to take either the Apple CEO or Chairman's job. He does admit he's been offered both. Here's a Reuters article on this subject: biz.yahoo.com. If true, it should simplify the process of getting a quality CEO, since he or she won't have to worry as much about Jobs kibitzing. For the record, I admire Steve Jobs. I'm glad he's pitching in now. But Apple needs a steadier hand at the helm over the next year or so. Bob
