I know a little about how organizations are run. Certainly not on this scale. But even small organizations, 100 people, require delgation if you're going to be successful at it.

Never said that there shouldn't be delegation..........but you still make sure your employees have the tools they need to get the job down....with the infantry that's arms, food and water.

Again, Black Hawk Down is a perfect example of what happens when an incompetent White House micromanages a military effort - a TINY one at that. Imagine if you had this kind of incompetence in a major conflict such as this war!!!
