Thomas, I think the US President has hijacked the US. He has not proved a link between Osama and Saddam. The Americans want their President to go all out and get Osama and the Al-Qaida, not to go after Saddam and the Republican Guards instead. And what is very bothersome is that those who disagree with his policy are being labelled non patriotic. At no time has any American said or accept the loss of innocent civilian Iraqi lives in exchange for the US lives lost in the World Trade Center. It is bad enough that the American lives were lost in the horrible manner during the WTC attack. But for the US President to order the US military to combat where the chances of loss of civilian lives is very high is no better than Osama ordering his troops to fly a plane into the WTC.

Right now we are all helpless and we can only hope for the best that all involved, the US troops and innocent Iraqis, remain safe and do not loose their lives. Once the war ends, we need to step up the recall of the US President.
