Jerry,re:"they are frightened". You aren't kidding. Who won't except..... What was Bush thinking? Was Bush thinking? Could he think? Was he allowed to think? Even with 'failure in diplomacy', you have to been on drug or something to give an order like this. Bush "is rigged". He has no control on his action and the situation. Did he owe anything to anyone? It just doesn't look like he has control on anything, except do the PR stuff on TV when summoned.
