Palast has done real reporting, getting facts, numbers, even admissions. The consulting company admitted what they'd done and claimed it was an "oversight". Jeb Bush's administration was sued by the NAACP and settled out of court promising not to do this anymore. But the GOP IS doing it in other states. It's totally illegal and a clear subversion of democracy.
