Why do you bring up "exact"?

Ok, my mistake. But in that case I'd say that Rumsfeld gave a good answer - 'more like weeks than months'. (Meaning, to me, perhaps as little as a week, perhaps as much as 10 or 12 weeks, but almost certainly less than 6 months) This satisfies your criteria, so why did you ask the question?
