Bush war crime talk is silly and going nowhere
but if Chirac and France violated nuclear treaties and UN resolutions regarding Iraq... that is mui serious

sure, Bush has made egregious errors of judgment here
sure, US Forces have killed scores of innocent civilians
but as the world defines it, war crimes dont cover killing civilians from pushbutton bombs aimed at military targets
such contain "plausible deniability"

I am seeing a rift widen between USA and "Russia-Germany-France" axis
it aint an axis of evil
but it sure is an axis diametrically opposed to US actions
of course, US actions have a measure of utter insanity and delusion associated

I expect NATO to be shaken to its core soon
I have long expected a Russian-Islamic alliance to form
it would not surprise me to see a pan-European close alliance with the Islamic world

the next natural step is for the Islamic world to embrace the EURO standard, starting with oil transactions and pricing
this has been a strong theme of mine since spring 2002
the followup is for oil to be priced and traded for gold
that will happen when the euro struggles from its own debasement after the world recession hurts the EU Economy
