Charters is most certainly a well-informed person and he has acquired a lot of experience over his lifetime! He is articulate and he exhibits a naughty wit, at times. To me, he is very "OK" as I know when he is kidding or just "goofing" off for the fun of it. Charters' posts tend to be lengthy at times. IMHO, some of these posts don't go well with some readers not just because ours is a fast-food world but because of the occasional pointed and naughty-witty remarks in them and because those readers are unable to reply in kind. Or they thought he was showing off. Some condemn his as a smart ass. Perhaps they were jealous.............. If I recall correctly, one poster once implored Charters to stop posting because that poster felt Charters was encroaching on that poster's authority and field of specialty. LOL!
