Boy, I hope not! Take a good look at the makeup and operation of those UN and NGO teams in Kosovo. Didn't you read "The Mission?" I know The Author castigated the setup there.

It will be a US run operation, with some UN "Windowdressing" to keep Blair's position from getting to much flack. The Arabs media is going to castigate us no matter what we do, so we might as well do it right and not worry about them.

John, you are too concerned about "Form" over "Substance."
