I am surprised that some of those who oppose this war do not give the Iraqi people a little more credit. I have noticed some referring to Iraq and even the entire Muslim world as if they are one single minded entity. I have seen some posts that imply that the entire country of Iraq is against this war and is willing to fight "to the last man" to defeat the US. How do you know this? Is it not possible that Iraqi people, just as in the US, have diverse opinions? That some may see the war as an invasion by infidels but that just as many or perhaps MORE Iraqis are tentative for now, but do support the ousting of this regime and welcome an opportunity for a better system of government EVEN if it is catalyzed by this war?
