So, what do folks think about the 10-k?

The thing that interested me was the patagraph where they talked about industry consolidation and that they have been contacted by parties interested in taking a minority or majority stake in rbak and they will continue to look at this option.

Other then that, it read like most penny stock 10k's...like an obituary <ggg>..I guess they have to cover their butt every which way, so 10k sounds negative, but is it? Opinions?
