Canada -- right. OPEC is meaningless. Our foreign policy in the middle east is not influenced by Saudi oil and if Iraq has the second largest or potentially the largest oil reserves in the world it would never have anything to do with our decision to invade the country and take control. We really look to Canada to influence the price of oil -- right Victor. Canada is the swing producer. Good old Canada.
