per Shi'ite cleric interviewed on Fox, first suicide nomber was forced to set off bomb at check point that killed 4 soldiers. Fedayeen threatened to kill his children and the money paid out to his family was hush money. The second van full of women and children were also forced and threatened. He explained that the family of the man including his infant child were threatened with death if he did not do it and the money paid out was hush money for the family. The van was ordered to run through the check point and not to stop or family members would be killed.
