Several Trickle companies whined last quarter about the delayed NIH budget. This was actually somewhat justified, but the the budget has been passed. The bad news, the increases are over; '04 will be almost flat. But for now, trickle company customers relying on NIH funds should start getting them, and it should start flowing through to the trickle companies.
