BTW: Has anybody read Barron's this week.

Barrons:When Intel was a true growth company in the mid-to-late 1990s, its annual option grants equaled a moderate 1% to 1.5% of its shares outstanding.

Carl, I tried to include a table from the article, but I couldn't line up the figures, even when using the "pre". Anyway, the table says Intel's options grants in fiscal 2002 relative to shares outstanding were 2.6%, and that this percentage is down from that same relative percentage in fiscal 2001, but still significantly higher than Intel's mid nineties grant rate of 1 to 1.5% of shares outstanding.
