Rumsfeld not putting any distance between himself and the current war plan. Later, appears US forces bypass Kerbala, other forces or on east side of Tigris river, control highway to Al Kut. More evidence of some Iraqis assiting coaliton forces. Lots of evidence most Iraqi forces don't want to engage coalition forces. Regular army appears to avoid contact.
