It is the expectation of another Vietnam that had halted the markets move higher last week. Now, it seems that this possibility is unlikely as the US forces are doing better it seems. I saw Rummy smiling yesterday and he had not done that for several days.

Now the dow are back in that march towards Dow9k at least, fueled by bond market weakness to a large degree, imho....unless something big goes wrong in war, in which case it gets derailed.
