I was inclined to distrust it at first, figuring that something purporting to be GRU-based was unlikely to be objective. But, it's consistently reported things which other sources have only confirmed a few days later.
Check it yourself... it's 2-3 days ahead of the main western media. They were comfortably the first to mention the stretch in supplies, for example.
IOW, judge by results. they're among if not the best I've found, fast and accurate.
If you don't like it and prefer the latest from Fox All-Fiction, that's another matter...
As for where is the discussion on the MASSIVE death tolls and equipment loss by the Iraqi forces... well, there's some there. But the report is being put together from intercepted comms (and probably some agents)... my guess is that the Iraqi military is not doing much communicating by any interceptable method - probably because that tells our forces exactly where and what to hit.
