7:25AM (4/2/03) Reliant Resources upgraded at Deutsche (RRI) 4.06: Deutsche Securities upgrades to Buy from Hold following the co's refinancing; in addition to eliminating default risk, firm believes terms were better than expected and should ease RRI's access to the capital markets in the future; raises 2003 est to $0.95 from $0.80 and 2004 to $0.90 from $0.80, and raises price target to $6.50 from $5.
