OVER Overture Svcs cut to Underperform at Soundview; target $6 (15.23) Soundview downgrades to Underperform from Neutral and cuts price target to $6 from $20; firm says MSFT, which comprised a third of OVER's Q4 rev, is significantly increasing its investment in search and preparing to pursue its own paid search platform; new price target assumes a high probability that both MSFT and YHOO will bring domestic paid search in-house by April 2005, and if this occurs, OVER's valuation could approach its cash balance of $3 per share at the end of 2004
