CMH: I have decidedly mixed feelings about the Berkshire buyout. It's nice to have our favorable view confirmed by the wise one, but selling out near the bottom of the worst depression to hit the already highly cyclical manufactured housing industry doesn't impress me as great timing...Unless CMH was facing difficulties I'm unaware of. When the deal closes, I'll have about 16% pretax ROI on it, but would rather have waited for the recovery.
