I'm just pasting your comment to her in an email. I've always been sorry that I didn't get a Mac instead of a PC just because it seems to me that they're so much more intuitive. Also, they don't seem to crash as often. But a technophobe is a technophobe. I have a touch of it, so do understand her paralysis. She needs to get somebody in to help her, I think. Thanks for your advice on this.
