For some reason, it seems as if most of the posters on this board
feel that this lawsuit thing is just about the word "jet." IMHO,
the copyright infringement is a miniscule part of the suit.
Copying of patented mechanisms is indeed grounds for lawsuit, though.

Whether or not Syquest did actually duplicate technology that
was under protection of patent, I do not know -- that is for
the courts to decide. But I do feel that some people on this
board are dismissing this lawsuit in their minds as being a
petty squabble over three letters, which is premature to say the
least, IMHO again.
